Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee design and implementation of DEWATS components (e.g. Primary clarifier, MBBR, Secondary clarifier, Sludge dewatering facilities, Sludge drying beds.). 
• Review of mechanical data, specifications, general arrangement drawings, mechanical drawings, installation procedures, commissioning of treatment plant.
• Manage engineering teams for the approval of design documents, working drawings, technical specifications etc. from the client.
• Coordinate with manufacturing companies regarding electromechanical data and installation procedure.
• Coordinate client and concern agencies for third party inspection. 
• Coordinate and lead mechanical, electrical, structural, geotechnical and civil teams
• Ensure timely accomplishment of milestones of the project.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Mechanical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering. 
• Atleast 10 years of engineering experience, with 5 years in wastewater treatment plant projects like ASP, MBBR or SBR
• Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Having two-wheeler with license
• Having own laptop

2. Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

Location: Babarmahal, Kathmandu 

Job Type: Full-Time

Age: 30-35 Years

Salary range: 45k to 50k

Overview:

TEAMS BCPL JV is looking for a Mechanical Engineer will design, install, and maintain mechanical components for Sewage Treatment Plant ensuring efficient, sustainable sanitation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design calculation of mechanical systems (motor, pumps, valves, piping).
• Preparation of technical data sheet of mechanical equipment in coordination with different abroad manufacturers. 
• Preparation of mechanical drawings (sewage transfer system, skimmers, aeration system, chlorination system, sludge treatment system, piping system etc) using AutoCAD.
• Preparation of detail inventory of mechanical equipment
• Knowledge of ANSYS and Capable of doing CFD analysis. 
• Preparation of piping and instrumentation drawing for overall treatment plant.
• Supervision of installation of the equipment, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Develop maintenance protocols and train local teams.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with project teams and documentation of mechanical design, drawings, data sheet and correspondences.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in wastewater treatment or water systems.
• Proficiency in CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks), ANSYS, MS Excel and fluid mechanics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Certified two-wheeler license preferred
• Must have own laptop
