Subject: Installation of Hand Pump Drinking Water Supply Scheme

Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN) is a non-governmental organization established in October 2001 AD and registered at District Administration Office (DAO) in Mahottari. DSWCN has been established to carry out different activities focusing on the welfare of children, youths and women, health and education, water and sanitation, sustainable environment, livelihood, income generation activities, disaster management, conflict, information and technology and other critical issues and right based issues.

The Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) and the Emergency WASH Response and Resilience Support in Madhesh Province Project, implemented by DSWCN–Mahottari with financial and technical support from Good Neighbors International Nepal, invite sealed bids from eligible firms for the supply and installation of Hand Pump Drinking Water Supply Schemes

Eligible and qualified firms and companies can collect the Bid Document and further information from our office addresses given below or via email to dswcn.procurement@gmail.com

DSWCN–Mahottari will provide the bid documents free of charge upon registration of the firm for participation in the bid. The Expression of Interest (EOI) must include copies of the firm/company registration certificate, PAN/VAT registration, and the latest tax clearance certificate.

• Bid Validity Period: Up to 31st January 2026
• Last Date for Submission: 31st October 2025, by 5:00 PM (Nepal Time)
• Bid Opening Date: 3rd November 2025, at 11:00 AM (Nepal Time)

This invitation does not constitute any financial or other commitment on the part of DSWCN–Mahottari. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason or incurring any obligation.
