About e-Education

e-Education is a certified Japanese non-profit educational organization established in February 2010 under the mission “Best Education to the edge of the World.” We deliver high-quality video-based education to children in rural areas of developing countries who lack access to learning opportunities, helping them achieve their dreams. To date, we have reached more than 30,000 junior and senior high school students across 14 countries. Currently, our activities focus on four countries in South and Southeast Asia: Bangladesh, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Nepal, targeting junior and senior secondary school students. In Nepal, we work to bridge the significant educational gap between urban and rural areas by improving teacher capacity in mathematics and science and enhancing student learning outcomes through the integration of ICT and video-based teaching materials. Key Responsibilities

• Develop ICT-integrated SEE preparation programs for secondary schools
• Create innovative educational interventions to address learning gaps in mathematics and core subjects
• Partner with schools, municipalities, and government agencies for ICT integration in education
• Conduct regular school visits to assess ICT infrastructure and digital learning environments
• Provide direct SEE preparation support to Grade 9 and 10 students using ICT tools
• Mentor teachers on modern mathematics pedagogy and ICT-based teaching strategies
• Promote ICT literacy in partner schools
• Organize ICT training for teachers and workshops for students
• Facilitate community ICT awareness programs for parents and stakeholders
• Implement digital student performance tracking systems
• Analyze academic performance data, focusing on mathematics results
• Prepare quarterly progress and performance analysis reports
• Build partnerships with education networks, municipalities, and government agencies
• Represent e-Education in education and ICT sector meetings and forums

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Development Studies, or related field (minimum)
• Additional certifications in project management or monitoring & evaluation preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ICT-integrated education programs in Nepal
• Experience working with secondary schools and SEE-level students in technology-enhanced learning
• environments
• Proven record in mathematics curriculum development, teacher training, and digital education initiatives
• Advanced ICT skills, educational technology expertise, and strong digital mathematics pedagogy
• Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis software, and educational platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali
