The Collective Campaign for Child Rights Karnali Province (CCR-Karnali) is a civil society network based in Karnali Province, formally established in November 2021. The network comprises 40 affiliated CSOs working collectively to protect and promote children’s rights across the province.

CCR-Karnali focuses on advancing child rights through evidence-based advocacy, capacity development of relevant government structures and stakeholders, and strategic campaigns.

The network was initially formed in April 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic by 19 CSOs. During this critical period, CCR-Karnali played a vital role in advocating for alternative education approaches to ensure the continuity of children’s learning during lockdowns. Major initiatives included promoting home schooling, establishing learning corners at home, supporting radio-based education, and facilitating counseling and information sharing through a loose network.
