Action Nepal is a non-political, non-governmental, non-profit-making humanitarian organization established with the objective of improving the socio-economic status of Nepalese people, especially those residing in rural areas. The organization gives special priority to deprived and marginalized communities and promotes the use of appropriate technologies for sustainable development.

Action Nepal, Neelkantha Municipality–03, Dhading, under the project “Enhancing Competitiveness of Rural Women Entrepreneurs through Innovation in Vegetable Value Chain (IALVC Project)” in partnership with Heifer International Nepal, invites technical and financial proposals from eligible candidates for the provision of required services as per the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Procedures for the submission of proposal:

Interested and eligible bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the Terms of Reference clearly marked with “RFP for Business Plan Formulation” by 17:00 Hrs (Nepal Time) 29th March 2026, at info@actionnepal.org A detail Terms of Reference (ToR) can be downloaded from the below link.

Instructions:

Every page of the Technical, Financial Proposal and ToR must be signed and stamped by the authorized person before submission. Proposals must be submitted within the specified deadline and accompanied by all required supporting documents. Only shortlisted and qualified candidates will be contacted for further evaluation processes. Action Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason thereof. All proposals will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
