For our Finance & Controlling team based in Switzerland Head Office we are seeking a motivated and empathetic Corporate Controller professional who will be based in Kathmandu, Nepal to join our organisation as per December 2025 or January 2026. Corporate Controller

Your main tasks: Supporting the planning & control cycle of the organization: budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. Driving the annual budgeting process end to end: including system preparation tasks in Abacus and analytics. Further developing the reporting and monitoring process for the countries and head office. Data consistency checks in Abacus

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or finance or similar relevant education. 4+ years of experience in finance in a Controlling / Management Accounting / analytical role. High proficiency with ERP and Finance systems (preferably Abacus). Advanced Excel skills. Good working knowledge of Power BI and/or other multidimensional data tools. Fluency in written and spoken English. Strong analytical skills combined with a solution-oriented work approach. A result-oriented mindset and willingness to take on responsibility for sub-processes. A structured mind-set and an autonomous working approach.

Duty station: Kathmandu, Nepal

Duration: Initially three years with a possibility of extension.

Salary and Benefits: As per rules and regulations of Helvetas Nepal.
