Call for Quotation — Hotel Booking for Training Event

In connection with the above subject, the Rural Economic Development Association (REDA), Palpa is implementing the SPICES Project — Scaling the SPICES Model to Strengthen Value Chains of High-Value Exportable Crops — in Palpa district, with financial and technical support from CRS Nepal. The project aims to strengthen the value chain of high-value exportable crops grown in the district.

Various training events will be conducted under the SPICES Project, for which hotel services (food, refreshment, and accommodation) are required for the participants. Interested and qualified suppliers are therefore invited to submit their quotations within seven (7) days from the date of publication of this notice.

Participants :- 18-25 person

Days :- Around 5-6 days 

Documents to be submitted:

• Price quotation as per the RFQ format specified in this notice
• Copy of firm/company registration certificate
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate
• Copy of tax clearance certificate (FY 2081/82)
• Priority will be given to hotels located within Tansen Municipality.

Submission Date and Process

The quotation must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of this notice. The final submission deadline is 10 August 2026, during office hours. Quotations may be submitted either by email to redaspices@gmail.com or as a hard copy at the REDA office ( Tansen-4 Bishal Bazar,Palpa). Both electronic and hard-copy submissions will be accepted.
