Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Local NGOs – Bhotekoshi Flood Response

CRS Nepal invites locally registered NGOs to submit an Expressions of Interest (EOI) to support CRS’ response and recovery project in Rasuwa, Nuwakot and Dhading districts. CRS would like to invite NGOs with operational presence in the target districts with Response and Recovery experience to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI).

EOI Submission Deadline: September 04, 2026, 5:00 PM (Nepal Time)

EOI should be delivered to CRS before 5 PM (NST), September 04, 2026 (Friday) to np_procurement@crs.org with “EOI Bhotekoshi Flood Response” in the subject line.

Please submit documentation that confirms your organization meets the following criteria in your application form.

Required criteria: Mandatory documents to be submitted with EOI

1. Has a valid Registration certificate with SWC.
2. Has a valid PAN certificate.
3. Has a valid Government of Nepal Audit Report for THREE Fiscal Years 2079/2080, 2080/2081, 2081/2082.
4. Has a valid Tax Clerance Certificate for Fiscal Year 2081/82.
5. Has a board-approved Financial Management Policy.
6. Has relevant program implementation experience in Response and Recovery programming.
7. Has an average annual turnaround of 50 M NPR over the last 3 years. 

Mandatory: Submit the Expression of Interest by completing the application below including.

• Cover Letter.
• Completed Annex A and Annex B.
