Details / requirements:
Area Business Manager (ABM)
Location: Kathmandu, Dharan, Birgunj and Biratnagar
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years in pharma sales with at least 1–2 years in a team-handling role
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of MEs/Sr. BEs in assigned territory
- Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure target achievement
- Conduct fieldwork and on-job training
- Coordinate with the regional manager and HO for strategic planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/Pharmacy
- Strong leadership, team management, and planning abilities
- Prior experience as a first-line manager preferred
