Women Entrepreneurship Society (WES) is a non-profit organization established in 2025 (2082 B.S.) in Lalitpur and registered with the Office of the Company Registrar, Government of Nepal. The organization is dedicated to empowering women and adolescent girls affected by human trafficking, gender-based violence (GBV), and socio-economic vulnerability through skill development, entrepreneurship promotion, psychosocial support, and social reintegration.
We invite applications from dynamic, qualified, and self-motivated Nepali citizens for the following position.
Position: Admin & Finance Coordinator
Duty Station: Bharatpur, Chitwan
Number of Positions: 1
Role Summary:
The Admin & Finance Coordinator will be responsible for overall administrative and financial management, including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and resource management. The position will also support office administration and program implementation through effective financial and logistical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organizational budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, donor requirements, and government regulations.
- Handle bank transactions, reconciliations, and statutory obligations.
- Support audits and financial reviews.
- Oversee office administration, procurement, inventory, and asset management.
- Support HR-related administrative functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance and administration in an NGO or similar organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting systems, financial software, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in donor-funded projects preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Good communication skills in Nepali and English.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to women’s empowerment.
