Video Editor (Full-Time)

We are a Kathmandu-based creative agency that produces ad creatives for international e-commerce brands. Our work focuses on short-form, high-converting ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels. We use AI tools heavily to speed up and improve our creative output.

Position Overview

We are hiring a skilled Video Editor who can create engaging, performance-driven ad creatives. You will work with raw footage, UGC content, product videos, and AI-generated assets to produce high-quality marketing videos.

Compensation Package

Base Salary

• NPR 40,000–70,000 per month, depending on experience
• Higher range for editors with ecommerce ad experience

Commission Bonuses

All videos you edit are used for paid ads. We offer a performance-based bonus system where you earn additional income when your edited ads perform well and achieve specific ad spend targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form ads optimized for conversions
• Turn product clips, UGC, and raw footage into high-performing videos
• Use AI tools to enhance workflow and creative quality
• Produce multiple variations for A/B testing
• Collaborate with the creative/performance team on concepts and scripts

Requirements

• Experience with editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
• Good understanding of short-form ad style, pacing, hooks, and retention
• Ability to work with UGC and product-focused videos
• Experience with AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.) is a plus
• Portfolio required (preferably ad creatives)
• Must be able to work on-site in Kathmandu
