| 2. | Inclusion and Advocacy Officer -1(Based on Janakpur Office and 60% field) |
- Lead campaigns in target municipalities to influence local government budgeting for disability-inclusive development
- Map government schemes and assist participants in obtaining disability ID cards and subsidies.
- Facilitate inclusive Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and conduct accessibility audits/barrier analyses
- Educate government officials and community leaders on the UNCRPD and disability rights
| - Bachelor’s degree in sociology, Gender studies or, Law or Human Rights.
- 5+ experience in networking, disability rights, inclusive project design and implementation and policy advocacy.
- Deep knowledge of Nepal’s Disability Rights Act and UNCRPD

| 3. | Admin & Finance Officer -1(Based on Janakpur Office and 30% field) | - Handle daily transactions, record maintenance, and entry into FAMAS software.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Project Manager and funding agencies.
- Review supporting documentation, managing budgets, and following up on internal/external audit recommendations
- Establish administration and logistics procedures, manage procurement committees, and oversee office operations
- Ensure TAX, ETDS, CIT, and SSF compliance according to Nepal’s laws
| - Bachelor’s in business studies/accounting.
- 5+ years of financial management experience in the relevant sector.
- Advanced proficiency in FAMAS and Excel; knowledge of internal control system, Nepal tax laws and SSF.

| 4. | MEAL Officer -1 (Based on Janakpur Office and 50% field) | - Create and implement a comprehensive M&E plan aligned with organizational standards
- Design tools (Kobo Collect/ODK), validate field data, and measure project impact using quantitative/qualitative methods

- Conduct regular field visits and joint monitoring with the project team.

| 5. | Institutional Development Officer-1(Based on Janakpur at DSJ Office) | - Conduct assessments of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) and develop sustainability plans
- Guide organizations through registration and renewal with the DAO and Social Welfare Council
- Assist OPDs in writing proposals and exploring diversified funding sources.
- Coach OPD boards on inclusive leadership, strategic planning, and compliance.
- Overall responsibility for organizational development.
- Document the growth and institutional milestones of OPDs, creating case studies that demonstrate the impact.
| - Bachelor’s degree in management, social science, Gender studies, Development studies, or a related field.
- 5+ years Proven history of working within the disability movement with a specific focus on OPDs
- Expertise in governance, strategic planning, and operational capacity building
- Deep commitment to the principle of "Nothing About Us Without Us," ensuring people with disabilities lead their own development

| 6. | Admin and Finance Associate -1(Based on Janakpur at DSJ Office and 30% field) | - Process daily vouchers and maintain petty cash and bank reconciliations
- Assist in collecting quotations and maintaining vendor files for project supplies.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and track project equipment/supplies.
- Facilitate payroll processing (SSF/TDS) and provide logistical support
- Provide administrative and logistical support for project workshops, training sessions, and including venue booking and participant per diem distribution.
| - Bachelors in BBS/BBA or equivalent.
- 3+ years’ experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
- High level of organizational detail and efficiency.

| 7. | Livelihood Facilitator -7 (Field based on working Palikas) | - Identify the most vulnerable, households/ at risk group, Person with Disabilities, using wellbeing
- Provide one-on-one mentoring to participants on their "graduation" plans.
- Facilitate Inclusive Self-Help Group (ISHG) meetings and train basic financial skills to the graduation Participants.
- Deliver field level coaching on climate-smart practices and organic gardening
- Ensure regular savings, credit activities, and democratic decision-making among group members
- Act as a bridge to help participants navigate local government offices to obtain disability ID cards and social security allowances
- Provide weekly updates on participant progress, challenges, and success stories to the MEAL and Livelihood Officers
| - Minimum Intermediate (+2) pass
- 3+ years of experience in social mobilization as well as livelihood skills/agriculture are highly priorities.
- Must be able to travel daily to remote wards and rural communities within the project area.
- Absolute fluency in Maithili and Nepali
