Rastriya Rojagar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) is a non-governmental, non-profit making social development organization, Established in 2004 as is a non-governmental, nonprofit making social development organization by development professionals, Rastriya Rojgar Prawardhan Kendra (RRPK) works in Nepal for Policy advocacy, Integrated Community Development, specifically community organization, Education, Health, WASH, Community forestry, Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI), Good Governance, Child rights, Livelihood, Safe Migration, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change. With it headquarter located in Malangwa, Sarlahi, it covers much of Terai areas of Madhesh Province. The organization has been registered under Non-Government Registration Act 2034 at the District Administration Office of Sarlahi. RRPK is affiliation with the Social Welfare Council (SWC) of the government of Nepal.
RRPK is implementing Strengthening Inclusive Education in Nepal, Sikai + Project in Rautahat and Sarlahi district of Madhesh province, in partnership with World Vision International Nepal. We heartily invite applications from qualified and competent candidates for the following position.

- At five (5) years of work experience in Inclusive Education, Rehabilitation, Accessibility in related field.
| - Project Planning, Implementation and Management
- Lead to develop operational plans and ensure effective and efficient execution of project activities on time
- Ensure participatory program planning including Detail Implementation Plan (DIP) and Project Implementation guideline) and effective mobilization of resources to achieve the high-quality results.
- People management
- Monitoring, evaluation, documentation, reporting and donor compliances
- Budgeting and financial management
- Procurement and inventory management
- GBV, child protection and safeguarding

2 | Learning & Documentation Officer- (Nos. 1) | - Bachelors in education, social science, development studies and statistics preferably with 2 years of proven experience in related field.

- Accountability
- Document learning’s generated through MEAL approach
- Ensure database is fully functional in WVI Nepal recommended system.
- Prepare and disseminate different communication materials as stipulated in program/project document.
- Provide management and leadership in MEAL related tasks.
- Conduct data quality assurance.
- Data collection using different tools like HH survey, FGD, KII and Case studies
- Collect stories, conduct FGDs as per M&E plan to report against the indicator and to document best practices, challenges, failures of project

3 | Disability Resource Person (DRP)- Mobile Teacher (Nos. 4) | - Minimum bachelor's degree in education, social development or any relevant field.
| - Work closely with children with disabilities, their parents, caregivers, and teachers.
- Support early detection teams in identifying, screening, and assessing children with disabilities using Washington Group Questionnaire (WGQ).
- Conduct needs analysis for children with disabilities and support parents in developing Individualized Education Plan (IEP)s at home, following the guidelines for the parents/caregivers of children with disabilities.
- Frequent visits and coordination with schools, provide constructive support and feedback with the teaching strategies to improve the learning experiences, develop learning materials, and distribute them to schools in collaboration with mainstream teachers.
- Consult and support classroom teachers with teaching and evaluation, offering guidance to improve the school system’s inclusivity for children with disabilities.
- Serve as a bridge between schools and the families of children with disabilities to mainstream Children with disabilities into education.
- Provide practical classrooms and home-based support tailored to the specific needs of children with disabilities in schools as well as families
- Organize training sessions and awareness events for teachers and the community as well as parents of children with disabilities.

4 | Supply Chain Management (SCM) Officer- (Nos. 1) | - Bachelor’s degree in business/ management with proven 3 years of working experience in related field.
| - Managing Purchasing Requisition, Purchase order, Executing and Solicitation of Sourcing Methods and Implement Strategic Sourcing
- Identifying customer alternatives and facilitating access to the ‘best value for money’ for all products and services.
- Ensure major / recurring procurements are under strategic sourcing initiative.
- Review and process Purchase Requisition (PR) in Supply Chain Automation and Integration (SCAI) platform/ authorized systems.
- Ensure procurement biddings requirement is in place for assigned purchase request (quotation registration form, sealed bids, sample verification report and so on)
