Prakriti Resources Centre (PRC) conducts extensive research and studies on climate change. This work assists the government and other stakeholders in contributing to policy processes and effectively implementing plans and programs while enhancing the capacity of various stakeholders. PRC is engaged in a variety of climate action-related research projects that cover diverse themes, including energy transition, 100% renewable energy, climate finance and governance of climate funds, as well as gender and intersectionality, among others. To support ongoing research in these areas, PRC is seeking motivated and qualified candidates for the following positions.
1. Research Manager: 1 Position
The Research Manager will be responsible for qualitative and quantitative research and manage the implementation of the research project of PRC. S/he will be providing technical input in the research design, planning, implementation and writing of project reports. S/he will work closely with the research team.
With Master’s degree in Climate Change, Environment Science, Development Studies, Rural Development or related disciplines along with a minimum of 4 years demonstrated experience in working in research and data analysis more than 2 years in a leading position.

2. Research Officer: 1 Position
The Research Officer will be responsible for conducting, analyzing and reporting on research projects.
With a Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s) in Climate Change, Environment Science, Natural Resources Management, Development Studies, Rural Development or related disciplines with a minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in working in research and data analysis.

3. Human Resources and Administration Coordinator: 1 Position
The Human Resources and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for providing essential support to the HR tasks, managing administrative duties and ensuring smooth operations.
With a Bachelor’s degree (preferably Master’s) in Business Administration, Business Studies or related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, this role requires proven experience of similar positions in NGO/INGO with understanding of HR functions and best practices as well as knowledge of logistics and procurements.
