Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal is a non-political and non-profitable organization established in May 2002 with its head office in Rautahat District of Nepal. Since then, RDC is heavily engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the dozens of humanitarian and long-term development projects reaching out to the children, adolescent, youth, women, landless, urban poor, and people living with disabilities, HIV & AIDS, conflict and disaster survivors from the poor families of historically marginalized Dalits, Muslims, Madheshi and Indigenous communities and other underprivileged groups.

Rural Development Centre (RDC) Nepal (RDC Nepal) is a non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental organization established in May 2002 with its head office in Rautahat District, Madhesh Province, Nepal. RDC Nepal has been implementing humanitarian and long-term development programs focusing on climate resilience, sustainable, disaster risk reduction, natural resource management, livelihoods, child protection, nutrition and social inclusion, particularly for vulnerable and marginalized communities across the Terai region.

RDC Nepal is implementing HATEMALO for Child Wellbeing and Integrated Development Project in Rautahat district of Madhesh Province, in partnership with World Vision International Nepal. We heartily invite applications from qualified and competent candidates for the following position.

3.Psychosocial Counselling Officer -01 (Female Only)Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work

2 years of practical experience in psychosocial support, trauma healing, and mental health counseling; ability to work with children, GBV survivors and caregivers; strong facilitation and confidential case-handling skills.

4.Advocacy and Campaign Officer-01Bachelor’s degree in Public Health/Nutrition/Social Science/Development Studies or Social Science

Minimum 2-year experiences in Public Health, Nutrition, Child Protection, Psychosocial Support, Health Education and/or having practical experiences on NFLG/CFLG.

5.Green Growth Field Officer-01Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Natural Resource Management (NRM), Climate Change, Environmental Science, Forestry, or a related field. 

Minimum 1-year practical experience working with local governments, private sector actors, community-based organizations, NGOs, and development partners on environmental and climate-related initiatives.

6.Infrastructure Field Officer -01Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Civil Overseer

BE Civil Engineering with minimum 1 year experience Or Civil Overseer with minimum 2 years of experience.

7.Field Officer-Health and Nutrition-01Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Community Nursing or relevant discipline.

Minimum 1 year experience working with local governments, community-based organizations, NGOs, and development partners on health and nutrition intervention.

Type of Examination: Written and Interview.
