Request for Proposal for Assessment of MHPSS status and Development of Municipal Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Guideline

KOSHISH is a non-governmental organization established in 2008 to promote mental health, psychosocial well-being, and the rights and social inclusion of persons with psychosocial disabilities in Nepal. Registered with the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council, KOSHISH works with government agencies, development partners, organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs), and communities to strengthen inclusive and community-based mental health systems across Nepal.

KOSHISH has experience in community-based MHPSS, psychosocial support and counselling, capacity strengthening, policy advocacy, disability inclusion, and strengthening local government systems for sustainable and inclusive mental health services.

KOSHISH has requested an eligible firm to provide consultancy service for assessment of MHPSS status and Development of Municipal Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Guideline.

Note: Proposals submitted with a cloud storage or shared drive folder link will not be accepted and may be considered non-compliant, resulting in disqualification. However, supporting documents such as company registration certificates, renewal documents, sample reports, and CVs of proposed team members may be provided through cloud storage or shared drive links for reference purposes to procurement@koshish.org.np

TO APPLY: Interested and eligible firms registered under VAT in Nepal are requested to submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals, clearly indicating the submission date, details of the submitter, and the contact information of the designated focal person, in sealed quotation to KOSHISH Central Office, Balkhu Kathmandu (Google Map).
