KIRDARC Nepal is an NGO dedicated to Human Rights, Peace Building, Media and Development in Karnali Zone since 1999. It works with a mission to enable Karnali people to claim and exercise their rights for poverty reduction and improved livelihoods through their organization, research, policy advocacy and judicious resources mobilization. It has been implementing various project/programs with the funding support of different partner organizations.

KIRDARC Nepal is a non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to promoting the rights of marginalized and excluded communities through interventions in human rights, democracy, good governance, and inclusive development. The organization works to strengthen the capacities of rights holders, duty bearers, and civil society organizations to advance social justice, equitable access to opportunities and resources, and sustainable community development.

KIRDARC Nepal is implementing the "Breaking Barriers for Girls' Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Dolpa (Kishori Sasaktikaran Pariyojana)" project in Thulibheri Municipality and Tripurasundari Municipality of Dolpa District, with support from Plan International Nepal.

To ensure the effective implementation of this project, KIRDARC Nepal invites applications from qualified, competent, self-motivated, and committed Nepali citizens to fill the following full-time positions:

1. Senior Program Coordinator – 1 Position based in Dunai Dolpa.

Academic Qualification and Experience: Applicants must have a master's degree in public health (MPH) with a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience, or a bachelor's degree in public health (BPH) or a related health discipline with at least five years of relevant experience in NGO/INGO or development projects.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Candidate should have experience in managing SRHR or public health programmes, including project planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting, budgeting, and government coordination. They should possess strong leadership, coordination, communication, and report-writing skills, with sound knowledge of SRHR, GESI, SBC, safeguarding, donor compliance, and the project management cycle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills in Nepali and English, and a willingness to work in remote and challenging settings are essential.

2. Technical Coordinator - 1 Position based in Dunai, Dolpa.

Academic Qualification and Experience: Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience with a master's degree or 3 years with a bachelor's degree in SRHR or public health programmes. Experience in technical supervision, onsite coaching and mentoring, project implementation, and coordination with government and other stakeholders is preferred.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Applicants should have strong leadership, coordination, communication, and report-writing skills, with sound knowledge of SRHR, GESI, SBC, safeguarding, the project management cycle, and donor compliance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills in Nepali and English are required.

3. Finance and Administration Coordinator - 1 Position based in Dunai, Dolpa

Academic Qualification and Experience: Applicants should have a master’s degree in management (specializing in Finance or Accounting) with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Applicants should have proven experience in financial management, accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, procurement, and administrative operations, preferably in NGO/INGO or donor-funded projects. Experience in ensuring compliance with donor requirements and Government of Nepal financial regulations will be an added advantage.

4. MEAL Coordinator - 1 Position based in Dunai, Dolpa.

Academic Qualification and Experience: Applicants should have a master's degree in public health, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Administration, Management, Gender and Development, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 7 years of relevant experience in MEAL, preferably in NGO/INGO or donor-funded projects. Experience in SRHR or public health programmes will be an added advantage.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Applicants should have sound knowledge of results-based monitoring, MEAL systems, data collection and analysis, safeguarding, accountability, and donor reporting requirements. Strong analytical, report-writing, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management tools, and excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Nepali and English are required.

5. GESI Officer - 1 Position based in Dunai, Dolpa

Academic Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in public health, Nursing, Social Work, Sociology, Gender and Development, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in GESI, SRHR, public health, or community development, preferably in NGO/INGO or donor-funded projects.

6. Technical Officer (Construction Sub-Engineer)- 1 Position based in Dunai, Dolpa

Academic Qualification and Experience: Diploma (Sub-Engineer) in Civil Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 1 year of relevant experience in construction supervision, preferably in NGO/INGO or donor-funded infrastructure projects.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Knowledge of construction supervision, quality control, quantity estimation, procurement, and national building standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and report writing, with strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in remote project sites is essential.

7. Procurement and Logistic Officer- 1 Position based in Dunai, Dolpa

Academic Qualification and Experience: Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, or administration, preferably in NGO/INGO or donor-funded projects. Experience in SRHR or public health projects will be an added advantage.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Sound knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory and fleet management, and donor compliance. Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to work in remote settings are essential.

8. Social Mobilizer- 10 Positions (Thuli Bheri Municipality 5 Positions) and, Tripurasundari Municipality 5 Positions)

Academic Qualification and Experience: Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in public health, Nursing, Education, Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or 10+2 in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of experience in community mobilization or NGO/INGO projects.

Key Skills and Knowledge required:- Sound knowledge of community mobilization, SRHR, GESI, and safeguarding, with good communication, facilitation, coordination, and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to work in remote communities are essential.
