Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content for various social media platforms
(Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TiKTok ,Meta,Youtube, etc.)
2 Ensure all content aligns with the organization's values, voice, style, and
guidelines.
3 Create multimedia content (graphics, videos, etc.) to enhance social media posts.
4 Collaborate with the communications team and other various department to align
social media content with broader campaigns.
5 Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce
engaging visual content.
6 Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and audience engagement.
7 Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional
manner.
8 Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates,
follower growth, reach).
9 Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for
improvement.
10 Use analytics tools to optimize content and strategy based on data-driven insights.
11 Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive
engagement and achieve goals as per the mission and vision of the Ashram.
12 Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
13 Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and
sponsored posts.
15 Coordinate with external partners or agencies for content creation and campaign
execution when necessary.
16 Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant legal, ethical, and
regulatory requirements, ashram guidelines and values.
17 Manage and mitigate risks associated with social media use, including reputation
management.
18 Interact with audience, responding to inquiries, comments, and reviews to
maintain a positive organizational image.
