Swotah Travel & Adventure is hiring a senior, entrepreneurial professional to lead our business development, global partnerships, and strategic market expansion. This role is ideal for someone seeking a leadership position in a growing Himalayan adventure travel company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage international B2B partnerships with travel agencies and operators
- Lead outreach, proposals, contract negotiation, and long-term partner relations
- Manage OTA platforms (Tripadvisor, Tourradar, Viator, GYG) and digital distribution
- Coordinate with sales, SEO, operations, and accounts teams for smooth workflow
- Analyze market trends and create new travel products and business opportunities
- Represent Swotah at travel fairs, meetings, and virtual networking events
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in tourism, travel operations, or business development
- Strong professional writing skills and confidence in formal communication
- Ability to work independently and handle multi-department coordination
- Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, emails, spreadsheets, and OTA platforms
- Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
