Hybrid Position based in Kathmandu, Nepal

This is a Full time role for a Senior Full Stack Engineer. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. This will include writing efficient and scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions, and ensuring the application meets quality standards. This role is hybrid, meaning it is based in Kathmandu with the option for some work-from-home flexibility for few days a week.

You will need to complete a Technical Interview and a Take home assessment during the later phases of the Interview Process. This will demand significant time on your end before job is guaranteed.

Qualifications

1. Experience in Front-End Development, including proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React JS)
2. Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, with knowledge of server-side languages such as Node.js. utilizing frameworks (Next.JS)
3. Strong skills in Full-Stack Development, integrating both front-end and back-end technologies
4. Solid understanding of Software Development principles and practices
5. Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL and NoSQL
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
8. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
9. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
10. Experience in agile methodologies is a plus
