SEALED BID NOTICE FOR SCRAPPED MOTORCYCLES
The Small Irrigation Programme (SIP), supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms and companies for the purchase of the following scrapped motorcycles on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” basis:

Bid Documents: Bid forms, terms and conditions, and other relevant details may be obtained from the SIP Office, Biratnagar-9, or downloaded from the SIP website. Please note that a portion of the engine and chassis numbers has been cut off.
Bid Submission: Interested bidders may submit sealed bids for the whole or any part of the listed motorcycles, in the prescribed form along with the required documents, by 5:00 pm ,1 October 2026.
Motorcycle Inspection: Date: 21–25 September 2026, Time: 1:00 PM–4:00 PM
Venue: SIP Office, VIP Road, Biratnagar-9, Morang
SIP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
