Sales and Marketing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Promote cosmetic products through door-to-door marketing & cold calls
✅ Handle and grow social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
✅ Collaborate with influencers and content creators
✅ Conduct market research & assist in brand campaigns
✅ Organize promotional events, product demos, and shoots
✅ Build strong relationships with salons, stores, and customers
✅ Prepare marketing and sales reports
✅ Two-wheeler preferred for local travel

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication in Nepali & English

• Strong product marketing knowledge (cosmetics preferred)

• Confident personality & sales-driven mindset

• Creative and social media-savvy

• Prior experience in beauty, fashion, or FMCG is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• 1+ year experience preferred (freshers with passion welcome!)

What You’ll Get:

Salary: NPR 20,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)
