REQUEST FOR TENDER (RFT)
HERD International kindly invites you to submit your quotation for the items listed in the Annex II section of this RFT. While preparing the quotation, bidders are requested to strictly follow the instructions provided in the table below.
Please note that quotations must be submitted in hard copy only, in a sealed envelope (Email submissions will not be accepted and will result in disqualification), along with all required supporting documents, on or before the specified date and time.
It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure timely submission of the quotation. Any quotation received after the deadline, for any reason whatsoever, shall not be considered for evaluation.
