Building upon proven and new partnerships and expertise, CRS works with local partners and government to create long-term resilience for a brighter future for all.

Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Nepal intends to conduct meetings/workshops from 19 to 21 August 2026 in Achham District and from 25 to 27 August 2026 in Bajura District. Accordingly, CRS Nepal is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to qualified local hotels/service providers for the provision of accommodation, meals, meeting facilities, and related services.

Interested and eligible hotel services provider may download the RFQ for hotel services documents from the following link starting 14 August 2026.

The submitted quotation MANDATORY includes the following documents:

• Copy of valid Firm Registration and renewal
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration
• Copy of latest Tax Clearance Certificate (2081/82)
• Relevant Past Experience list

Interested and eligible service provider firms are requested to submit their duly signed quotation along with the required documents to np_procurement@crs.org by August 16, 2026.
