CALL FOR ANNUAL VENDOR ROSTER FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026/27

Catholic Relief Services (CRS Nepal) is updating annual vendor roster for the year 2026/27. Interested services providers and suppliers who have experience in the following areas are requested to submit applications. 

Service required:

• Consultant Services: DRR/CCA, PDM, Civil & Architectural Engineering, Agriculture & Livelihood.
  • Stationery items: Training/workshop, Photocopier and regular materials
  • Toner and cartridge: Printer and Labeling Machine
• Vehicle hire:
  • Kathmandu to adjoining districts and within valley – day tour
  • Kathmandu to various district all over Nepal (77 districts), 
  • Various areas/districts all over Nepal (77 districts).
  • Vehicle types; Car, 4WD (5- and 7-seater options), Microbus and Coaster
  • The details of each site will be mentioned after supplier screening.
• Printing & Publications, Design and Production of visibility materials: Diary, Brochure, Reports, Poster, BCC/IEC material, Logo/Sticker, Flex & cloth prints, Canvas, display board
• Videography, video editing service: Professional cameramen, Video editing/compilation
• Advertising Agency: National Newspapers, Online Services, Jobs Portal
• Hotel and Training Venue: For accommodation, residential and non-residential workshop/training program in different location:
  • Province-1 (Koshi Province) -Biratnagar
  • Province-2 (Madhesh Province)- Janakpur, Bardibas, 
  • Province-3 (Bagmati Province)- Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Kavre, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, Hetauda, Chitwan. 
  • Province-4 (Gandaki Provice)– Lamjung, Pokhara, Nawalparasi (Kawaswoti), Gorkha
  • Province-5 (Lumbini Province) - Bhairahawa, Butwal, Dang, Banke ( Nepalgunj and Kohalpur), Palpa (Tansen).
  • Province-6 (Karnali Province) – Surkhet
  • Province-7 (Sudurpachhim Province) - Dhandaghi
• Maintenance, Servicing and installation: Generator, Air conditioner, Fire extinguishers, CCTV (including other health & safety equipment), other office equipment 
• Vehicle maintenance and servicing
• Computer and IT Accessories: Laptop, Batteries, Charger, Headphones, Printer, Pen drives, Hard Drives, Telephone sets, Mobile sets
• Computer and Equipment repair maintenance: Laptop, Printer, Scanner  
• General Repair and Maintenance: Electricity, plumbing and Doors, windows and locks services
• Translation Service: English to Nepali and Nepali to English
• Grocery items:
  • Toiletries and cleaning materials: Harpic, Toilet Paper, Paper Towel, Napkin, Room freshener, Soap, Cleaning liquid, Detergent Powder 
  • Kitchen materials: Tea Bag, Coffee, Sugar, Milk Powder 

Submission for requirements: 

Please send EOI along with valid Company registration certificate (Company registrar /Department of Cottage & Small Industries and municipalities), VAT/PAN registration certificate, latest tax clearance certificate of FY 2081/82 and duly filled vendor listing form in the email: np_procurement@crs.org on or before 26 August 2026.
