Mercy Corps Nepal is going to procure the insurance services (Medical & Accidental) to all existing national team members, newly hired team members and their direct dependents including children and parents for a period of one year.

Interested and eligible service provider firms are requested to submit their duly signed quotation along with the required documents to np-procurement@mercycorps.org by March 22, 2026.

• Quotation separately for Medical & Accidental premium with Table of benefit
• Company profile including organizational structure and expertise, list of clients
• Copy of Firm registration & renewal certificate
• Copy of License under Insurance Board of Nepal
• Copy of VAT registration certificate
• Copy of Latest tax clearance certificate FY-2081/82
• At least three reference letters from previous clients
