Dear Supplier/Vendor,

We are in the process of upgrading our IT equipments and hereby invite quotations from reputable suppliers in Nepal for the supply and delivery of the following items:

2. Terms and Conditions

Warranty: Minimum 1 year for all hardware, including parts replacement and servicing.

Guarantee: Minimum 1 year.

Validity: Prices must be valid for at least 30 days.

Delivery: Items must be delivered to CAN Nepal Foundation Nepal, Thadodhunga, Jhamsikhel Lalitpur within 3 days of the purchase order.

Tax/VAT: All rates must include VAT. Company profile, legal documents must be attached with the Quotation.

3. Key Considerations for Nepal Market

Brand Requirements:  Branded or assembled computers (e.g., Dell, Acer).

Payment Terms: Payment is made after delivery and inspection of the Items.

Submission Deadline: Please submit your sealed quotation either by email (password-protected) to hr.childaid@gmail.com or as a hard copy, duly sealed and deliver it to our office at Thadodhunga-3, Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur, Ph No: 01-5454452, no later than 20 April 2026.
