Youth Alliance for Development (YARD), Kailali invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified suppliers for the Supply and Delivery of Tracksuits as per the specifications mentioned in the bidding document.

1. Scope of Work

Supply and delivery of a total of 6,245 sets of tracksuits for different age groups (2–20 years), including branding/printing as per required specifications.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Interested bidders must meet the following requirements:

• Registered company under the laws of Nepal 
• Minimum annual transaction of NPR 30,00,000 in each of the last three fiscal years 
• Experience in similar supply with supporting documents (agreements, purchase orders, completion certificates) 
• Valid tax clearance certificates for the last three fiscal years

3. Bid Security

• Bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount is mandatory
