Integrated Rural Development Society (IRDS) Mahottari is non-political and non-profitable NGO established in 1994 by a group of Terai marginalized group’s activists. Since then, IRDS is fully dedicated to work in humanitarian assistance, community development, livelihood, child well-being, and environmental protection mainly in the Terai region of Nepal through the humanitarian and long-term development projects.

Integrated Rural Development Society (IRDS) Bardibas Mahhotari, is planning to procure and establish 1 Year LTA for given specific item so invites quotations from interested authorized suppliers for the same. The detail specifications, terms and conditions are as mentioned below:

Terms and Conditions:
- Quotation should be submitted by via email [procurement.irds@gmail.com] / hardcopy to IRDS office , Bardibas , Mahhotari.
- Bid award shall be based on evaluation of proposed goods by IRDS authorized technical person. IRDS shall be under no obligation to award the lowest bidder.
- Bidders are requested to submit a sample each for all proposed items. Inability to submit the sample may lead to disqualification.
- Quoted rate should be inclusive of VAT and other necessary Taxes (if applicable). Applicable Taxes will be deducted at source as per Government of Nepal Rules & Regulations.
- Sample must be provided if required for physical verification
- This RFQ is issued with the purpose of establishing a 1 year Long Term Agreement (LTA), rather than solely for a one time procurement
- Delivery need to be made within agreed days from purchase order date in to IRDS Office Bardibas , Mahhotari In case of delay of delivery 2% penalty will be charged on a weekly basis which will deducted at the time of payment.
- IRDS reserves the right to reject any or all quotation. The contract will be awarded as per IRDS bid evaluation criteria and the successful bidder/(s) will be notified at the earliest date possible.
- Payment to be made within 30 days after received of goods and undisputable invoice, if you have any objection or expectation please write. Payment will be made via online Bank Transfer in favor of your Company.
