World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) is an international non-governmental organization committed to supporting vulnerable children, families, and communities to overcome poverty and injustice. The World Vision International Nepal- West Field Office, Dhangadhi, is initiating the establishment of long-term Framework Agreements for the procurement of the following goods and services:

1. Office stationery
2. Office supplies
3. Hotel lodging and venue services (Locations: Dhangadhi, Tikapur, Chisapani, Nepalgunj, Kohalpur, Surkhet, and Mahendranagar)
4. Vehicle rental services (Locations: Dhangadhi, Nepalgunj, and Surkhet)
5. Vehicle repair and maintenance services
6. General repair and maintenance services (e.g., electrical, plumbing, IT & Hardware etc.)

The submitted quotation must include the following documents:

• Copy of valid Firm Registration and renewal
• Copy of PAN/VAT registration
• Copy of latest Tax Clearance Certificate
• Duly filled and signed Supplier Registration Form and signed WV Supplier Code of Conduct

Quotations may be submitted in a sealed hard copy to the address below or via email to npl_supplychain@wvi.org no later than 11 December 2025.
