HPN invites quotations from qualified companies, firms, or suppliers for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Hydraulic Dummy Cow for Semen Collection.

The quotation should send to procurement-np@heifer.org with following documents by 5:00 PM, 2nd February 2026 mentioning email subject line “Quotation for supply, delivery and installation of dummy cow”.

a. Sign and stamp on all pages on Terms of Reference (TOR) and complete Annex II

b. Authorized Distributors/Dealer Letter (Preference will be given to the vendor who will be submitting this letter)

c. Company registration certificate

d. VAT registration certificate

e. Tax clearance certificate (FY 081-82)

f. Product Catalogue in English

g. User’s Operation Manual in English

HPN reserves all rights to make the final decision regarding selection of companies/firms/suppliers without any obligations.
