Request for Quotation for supply and delivery of Motorbikes

Heifer Project Nepal (HPN), established in 1996 as a separate entity from Heifer International Nepal, partners with local, national, and international stakeholders to empower communities. The organization focuses on promoting food security and improving livelihoods through sustainable agriculture and livestock farming. 

HPN invites quotations from eligible and qualified firms/companies for the supply and delivery of Motorbikes as per the specifications below.

Interested firms/companies are requested to submit their quotation along with the following documents via email to Procurement-NP@heifer.org with the subject line “Quotation for Motorbike” by 12th May 2026, 5 : 00 PM.

Required Documents:

a. Application letter

b. Quotation in the letter head 

(including brand/model, warranty, after sales service, insurance, helmet, leg guard etc ) 

c. Motorbike catalogue

d. Company/Firm Registration Certificate

e. VAT/PAN Registration Certificate

f. Tax Clearance Certificate FY 081/82 

g. Distributor/Dealer Certificate

All rights to accept or reject partially/wholly a quotation, with or without giving any reasons, shall reserve with HPN. If deemed necessary, the company/firms shall be asked for modifications.
