Save the Children seeks sealed quotations from qualified vendors for a ‘Framework Agreement for the Supply of various items:

1. Interactive Smart Boards
2. Laptops 
3. Maker Space Items (Tools and Components Set, Hardware Set, Electronics Set, Stationery Set, Project Components Set, Machine Set & Accessories Set)

Eligible suppliers can bid for one or all the items.

LAST DAY FOR SUBMISSION OF BIDS:  12 MARCH 2026.

Submissions can be sent via email to nepal.formalquotation@savethechildren.org OR delivered as hard copies to Save the Children’s Country Office, at Sambhu Marg, Sinamangal, Kathmandu, or to its Bardibas Field Office, Hatbazar Line, in Bardibas, Mahottari.

Save the Children reserves the right to award none, part, or the whole of the quotation to one or more bidders.
