The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Nepal invites interested and qualified service providers to submit a quotation for the review and update of the existing English Test training curriculum for suppliers, and to conduct a Training of Trainers (ToT) as outlined in the issued RFQ. The deadline for submission of the quotation is July 31, 2025. Late quotations will not be accepted.

Suppliers are required to submit their quotations through the IOM Supplier Portal

Quotations submitted by any other means will not be considered.

Interested service providers must ensure the following documents are completed, signed, and submitted:

• Valid Business Documents, including:
  • Company registration
  • VAT/PAN registration
  • Most recent tax clearance certificate
• BIDDER’S DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY should be duly filled, signed and stamped
• Technical Proposal
• Financial Proposal

Note: Please read the RFQ carefully. Incomplete submissions or failure to follow the instructions may result in disqualification. Ensure all relevant sections are accurately completed before submission.
