Resource Person for  Integrated Curriculum Training to Teachers  in Janaki Rural Municipality of Banke  

Social Development Forum (SDF), Banke is implementing HATEMALO program, an Integrated Program Framework (IPF) in partnership with World Vision International Nepal (WVI Nepal) for child well-being.

Unlock Literacy a core project model under HATEMALO program aligned with the government’s integrated curriculum. The Programme aims to improve children’s learning with strengthened teaching, learning and parental engagement. SDF Banke is implementing this Unlock Literacy project model which covers the Reading Assessment, Teacher Training and Community Action. 

In FY 2025, SDF, Banke has supported different schools with supplementary reading books and learning materials for the students of grade 1-3 and other resources. It has been identified that it is essential to train the teachers and project staff on integrated curriculum to effectively implement the interventions. 

SDF Banke intends to strengthen the capacity of school teachers, local government staff and project staff at district level on reading skills, teaching pedagogy and government’s policy and programme. Teachers will be equipped with necessary skills and methodology to transfer skill in classroom teaching. Hence, SDF Banke is going to hire external consultants having expertise in delivering training to early grade teachers on integrated curriculum.   

Thus, SDF Banke hereby invites proposals from interested qualified individual/organizations who are well-experienced to provide Resource Person for Integrated Curriculum Training to Teachers Janaki Rural Municipality of Banke.

Interested, qualified and experienced individual/organization are requested to submit a comprehensive technical proposal along with financial proposal with cover letter and updated CV highlighting suitability of expertise for the assignment, company registration, VAT certificate and recent year tax clearance certificate along with other documents as mentioned in TOR through the email address: hr@sdfbanke.org.np converted in PDF file with password protected or can submit the hard copies in SDF Banke’s project site office within 17 March 2026.

Proposal must be submitted by following the proposal submission guideline given in the ToR and proposal submission form. The detailed ToR and consultant proposal form is attached to this advertisement through separate link.
