Expression of Interest (EOI) call for consultancy service

NGO Federation of Nepal (NFN) is an independent, autonomous, and non-partisan national umbrella organization of NGOs working across Nepal to promote social justice, good governance, and pro-poor development. NFN works to unite, organize, and mobilize civil society actors and strengthen an enabling environment for their meaningful participation in Nepal’s democratic and development processes. With technical and financial support from dZi Foundation, NFN is initiating the Nepal Social Development Report (SDR) project. The SDR aims to address critical evidence gaps by documenting and analyzing civil society organizations’ (CSOs) contributions to Nepal’s social and economic development, with strong alignment to the SDGs and the 16th Periodic Plan.

NFN invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from eligible and experienced individuals or companies for the preparation of the Nepal Social Development Report (SDR), Year 1 (2026).

ToR_NSDR_March 10 2026 Call for Consultancy

Individuals or companies interested in the assignment and meeting the specified requirements are invited to submit their EOI no later than 20 March 2026. The submission should include:

• A technical proposal (maximum 10 pages)
• A financial proposal
• CVs (max 3 pages each) of proposed key personnel

NFN reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason. 

Interested and qualified applicants are requested to submit their proposal via email to:

nfnprocurement@gmail.com. NFN may also consider sealed hardcopy submissions of the EoIs if the applicants prefer to do that.
