REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) For Recruitment Services

Helen Keller Intl, an Intl non-profit organization (INGO) works to improve the sight and lives of the vulnerable by combating the causes and consequences of blindness, poor health, and malnutrition through public health approaches, building the capacity of organizations, and contributing to policy changes through systems strengthening and operations research. 

Proposal Requirements:

• Detailed technical proposal and work plan for Recruitment Services.
• Financial proposal with detailed cost breakdown and clarity.
• Samples/portfolio of previous relevant work.

Interested service providers are requested to email to nepal.procurement@hki.org, with the subject line "Request for proposal for recruitment service." Only those who request the RFP are eligible to apply. The detailed RFP guideline is available upon request 

The RFP must be submitted in your firm’s letterhead, the complete name, title, phone number and e-mail address of the individual to whom communications should be sent. The deadline for submitting Proposals under RFP Ref No. NP-317 is October 08, 2026, by 5:00 PM Nepal Time (NST) at 

Nepal.procurement@hki.org or

Hard Copies at Helen Keller Intl/Nepal Office.
