Request for Proposal (RFP) 

Development of a guidebook on climate change and its impact on women's health for delivering orientation sessions/trainings

Development of Training Manual for Community Health Workers (CHWs), Female Community Health Volunteers (FCHVs) of Government Health Posts, and Community Psychosocial Workers (CPSWs)

Development of ward level health preparedness plan by the leadership of community-based-women-led organizations

Rural Oriented Youth Movement Nepal (ROYM Nepal) is a non-profitable organization established in 2009 with the aim of reducing poverty through skill transformation and youth engagement to achieve national development goals. SDF is registered in District Administration Office, Kathmandu, Social Welfare Council and NGO Federation. 

The organization has been working in Rukum Paschim, Salyan, Surkhet, Jajarkot, Dailekh, Kalikot, Jumla, Mugu, Dolpa, Humla of Karnali Province, Dhading, and Kathmandu of Bagmati Province, Rautahat, Sarlahi, Mahottari, Dhanusha and Saptari of Madhesh Province.

ROYM Nepal, with the support of Foundation S - The Sanofi Collective, is implementing the project " to improve Women’s Health through Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience Building in Parsa Rural Municipality of Sarlahi District of Nepal. The general objective of the project is to to mitigate the adverse health impact of climate change on local women of Sarlahi through health interventions and community centric initiatives for their empowerment. 

Thus, ROYM Nepal hereby invites proposals from interested qualified individual/organizations who are well-experienced to develop guidebook on climate change, training manuals for health stakeholders, ward level health preparedness plan in Parsa Rural Municipality, Sarlahi District, Madhesh Province, Nepal.

Interested qualified and experienced individual/organization are requested to submit a comprehensive technical proposal along with financial proposal with cover letter and updated CV highlighting suitability of expertise for the assignment, company registration, VAT certificate and recent year tax clearance certificate along with other documents as mentioned in TOR through the email address: nepalroym@gmail.com converted in PDF file within 25th September 2025.
