Action Nepal is a non-political, non-governmental, non-profit-making humanitarian organization established with the objective of improving the socio-economic status of Nepalese people, especially those residing in rural areas. The organization gives special priority to deprived and marginalized communities and promotes the use of appropriate technologies for sustainable development.

Action Nepal, Neelkantha Municipality–03, Dhading, under the project “Going Green Initiative to Support Zero-Waste Textile Initiatives in Nepal” with financial support from DanChurchAid (DCA Nepal), invites technical and financial proposals from eligible institutions/organizations/social enterprises for the provision of required services as per the Terms of Reference (ToR).

Procedures for the submission of proposal:

Interested and eligible bidders are requested to submit their technical and financial proposals in accordance with the instructions outlined in the bidding document clearly marked with “RFP for Support Zero-waste textile initiatives in Nepal” by 17:00 Hrs (Nepal Time) 8th March 2026 at info@actionnepal.org. A detail Terms of Reference (ToR) and RFP document can be downloaded from Lot SER 1 Support Zero Waste Textile Initiative in Nepal.

Instructions:

Every page of the RFP document and ToR must be signed and stamped by the authorized person before submission. Proposals must be submitted within the specified deadline and accompanied by all required supporting documents.Only shortlisted and qualified institutions/organizations/social enterprises will be contacted for further evaluation processes. Action Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason thereof.All proposals will be treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
