Divya Development Resource Centre (DDRC) Parsa in partnership with People in Need (PIN) Nepal is implementing Security and Justice (SJP) funded by UK International Development which aims is to increase public safety and trust in public institutions by empowering communities to drive social change and fostering effective multi-stakeholder coordination for gender-based violence (GBV) prevention and response.
Key objectives of this SJP to Empower individuals with knowledge, skills, and agency to address GBV and strengthen the capacity and coordination of local stakeholders to deliver effective GBV prevention and response services.

2. Duty Location: Based in Barahathawa, Sarlahi with frequent visits to project areas
DDRC places human dignity at the center of its relief and development work. At the heart of DDRC’s efforts to impact poverty and social justice is its engagement with marginalized communities, and vulnerable adults and children. Vulnerable adults and children are particularly at risk of sexual exploitation and abuse. DDRC commits to the protection from sexual harassment, exploitation and abuse (PSHEA) of vulnerable adults, involving DDRC Employees and Related Personnel. DDRC has a zero tolerance toward sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse. DDRC takes seriously all concerns and complaints about sexual exploitation and abuse and child abuse involving DDRC Employees and Related Personnel. DDRC initiates rigorous investigation of complaints that indicate a possible violation of this policy and takes appropriate disciplinary action, as warranted.
