1. Post: Program Officer (1)
Key responsibilities:
The key responsibilities the selected candidate needs to perform are as below:
- Coordinate and organize review meetings, workshops, in the process of ASRH package development, piloting orientations for elected representatives of local government authorities, Health Managers, Health Workers and trainings (ToT) in close coordination with the government line agencies and relevant local government bodies.
- Collaborate with local partners, government authorities to ensure project activities are socio-culturally relevant, inclusive, sustainable smoothly implementing.
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation tools and strategies to track progress and measure outcome and impact.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and represent the project and organization in public forums.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and event reports, and document lessons learned and best practices.
- Other as required for the smooth implementation of the program.
Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field. Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Work experience in program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation within the public health sector. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in both Nepali and English, including strong Nepali typing skills, is mandatory. Fresh graduates with strong motivation and commitment are also encouraged to apply.
2. Post: Admin and Finance Officer (1)
Key responsibilities:
The key responsibilities but not limited to includes overall financial and administrative management complying with the relevant policies of SISo Nepal and relevant government policies, rules and regulations and abiding with relevant policies of donor organization (if applicable) in close coordination with program officers under close supervision of the treasurer, general secretary, and the executive director/program director.
Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative and financial management. Experience in accounting software FAMAS, GoN tax system and all relevant policies, rules and regulations. Similarly, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills is desired. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent proficiency in Nepali and English is mandatory.
Contract Details: Initial contract for 9 months, with the possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance and organizational needs.
