Other specification: 

• Must be Nepalese Citizen.
• Knowledge of proposal and report writing
• Speaking and writing English language must be fluent. 
• Have leadership and communication skills.
• Dealing skills with local authority and stakeholders. 
• Computer Knowledge (MS word, MS - Excel, Photoshop, etc.), presentation skill (Nepali typing recommended)

Responsibilities: 

• Event planning, budgeting, organizing, monitoring and evaluation.
• Proposal and report writing.
• Field visitation (child's home visitation)
• Conducting various activities for child development program. 
• Smooth communication and reporting to Head office team.

Job Summary

Based on job description, the program coordinator has to work as Senior Project Officer in the designation field. We also need the multi-media person who can take videos, edit and finalized as well. Child Development Programme Nepal (CDPN) is working base on various development regarding child. Child Development project, Child Health Project, Income generation & clean environment project are the main working sector for us. In this context, various planning and activities regarding these projects were recommended and need to implement as well. Similarly, organizing various small groups and meeting with family and local authorities were also other essential aspect of our working area.
