Job Title: Personal Assistant to Business Owner

About the Role

A private firm is looking for a dependable and adaptable Personal Assistant to support the owners in daily operations. The role involves coordination, supervision, logistics, and general errand support. Tasks change frequently based on what the owners’ needs, so this role suits someone who learns fast, takes initiative, and enjoys responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Coordination and Supervision

  • Give instructions to staff and ensure tasks are completed properly.

  • Oversee daily activities such as cleaning, organizing work areas, and maintaining order.

  • Support attendance checks, shift coordination, and team communication.

Inventory and Logistics

  • Monitor stock levels and report when supplies are low.

  • Keep storage and work areas tidy and organized.

  • Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and movement of items.

Vendor and Supplier Coordination

  • Maintain an updated list of vendors and service providers.

  • Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, purchases, quotes, and follow ups.

  • Submit, collect, and organize documents as required.

Administrative Tasks and Errands

  • Visit banks, offices, and government departments to submit letters, collect documents, and fill out forms.

  • Assist with simple letter creation or form completion.

  • Handle paperwork including bills, receipts, payment proofs, and records.

  • Track expenses accurately by logging purchases, vendor payments, reimbursements, and petty cash.

General Assistance

  • Run errands for the owner and manage tasks assigned on short notice.

  • Communicate with people from different backgrounds on behalf of the owner.

  • Support daily operations and maintain smooth functioning.

What We Are Looking For

  • Reliable, responsible, and honest individual.

  • Basic English reading and understanding ability.

  • Able to solve problems and work independently.

  • Strong work ethic and passion for completing tasks well.

Qualifications

  • Minimum +2 education preferred or equivalent practical capability.

  • Two wheeler licence is mandatory.

Work Hours and Compensation

  • Working hours: 12 PM to 8 PM.

  • Six days a week.

  • Saturday is not a holiday. One fixed weekday off will be assigned instead.

  • Overtime will be compensated when required.

  • Salary based on enthusiasm, work ethic, and passion.

  • Three month probation period.
