Position: Office Assistant (Ticketing Assistant)

Location: Kathmandu
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Role Summary

Travel House Global, a US-based Nepali travel agency with operational support from our Kathmandu office, is seeking a committed Office Assistant to support our international air ticketing operations during the night shift. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of air ticketing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Ticketing Officer/Manager with reservations, documentation, and client follow-ups

• Maintain records, filing systems, and digital databases

• Support daily administrative and communication tasks

• Coordinate with clients and service providers as needed

• Assist in documentation and inquiries during the booking process

• Learn GDS basics and gain exposure to international ticketing procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary Level)

• Good communication skills in English and Nepali

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email)

• Strong willingness to learn, responsible attitude, and attention to detail

• Serious interest and commitment to working in the Night Shift

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team
