It addresses on program integration and mainstreaming of social issue, social accountability and community development through skill development of human resources in different sector, quality education environmental conservation, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk management Increased access resilient, light and innovative infrastructures for economic activities, agriculture commercialization, Olive Cultivation & research, water supply & sanitation, food security, nutrition enhancement, BCC, HIV aids, access to justice and livelihood promotion in the Bajura & kanchanpur district of Sudurpachim province of Nepal.

Human Resources Center (HRC), is a Non-Government Organization. It has been implementing various project in Bajura district since 22 years. HRC is currently implementing the “Educational Justice and Equal Opportunities for Children” project since 2024 in Gaumul and Khaptad Chhededah Rural Municipalities, Bajura partnership with TDH Germany.
To support our project activities, we invite interested and qualified individuals, firms and institutions to register in our vendor Enlisted (roster) to provide professional training facilitation services in the following areas:
A. Develop IEC materials on quality education, girls education, child marriage, nondiscriminatory and child friendly teaching method:
B. Child friendly, gender appropriate and pedagogical training for primary teachers and ECDC facilitators and developing child friendly, gender appropriate curriculum in school)
Interested service providers must submit a formal application along with required supporting documents (VAT/PAN registration, firm profile, and relevant experience certificates).
Required Qualification/Documents/Experience
- Application letter indicating the area A or B for
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum development or relevant field
- Updated profile/CV highlighting specific experience in teachers training, Local curriculum development and IEC materials development with in Nepal.
- For Individuals submit educational documents, Citizenship, experience certificate and PAN no.
- For firms submit VAT/PAN certificate, firm renew documents, Latest Tax clearance and related training experience certificate.
- Good knowledge on developing local curriculum or child friendly and gender appropriate curriculum and over all Educational System of Nepal.
Deadline for Submission: Within 7 days of this notice publication.
Final Closing Date: Tuesday, January 22, 2026 (2082 Magh 8).
