NOTICE FOR INVITATION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

FOR DOMAIN RENEWAL, WEBSITE UPDATE, AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified and experienced IT/web service providers for long-term domain renewal, website updating, hosting management, and technical maintenance of the organization’s official website.

Scope of Services

The selected service provider will be responsible for:

• Annual domain renewal and hosting management
• Regular website maintenance and technical support
• Website content updates as requested by BWSN
• Website security, backup, and uptime monitoring
• Troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
• Ensuring full administrative control and access for BWSN
• Long-term technical support and system improvement

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms must:

• Be legally registered IT/web development or technology service providers
• Have demonstrated experience in website management and hosting services
• Have experience working with NGOs, organizations, or institutions
• Provide at least two references of similar assignments
• Have capacity for long-term technical support

Submission Requirements

Interested companies are requested to submit:

• Company profile and registration documents
• Relevant experience and portfolio
• Proposed service approach and support structure
• Financial quotation (annual cost for domain, hosting, maintenance, and updates)
• Contact details of focal person
