National Consultant - End-of-Programme Impact Report VOICE (2018 - 2026)

Lead the analysis and development of the final Impact Report for SISN's disability-inclusive TVET programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Impact Report: Lead the end-of-programme impact assessment and develop the final report.
• Data Analysis: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess outcomes and impact.
• Stakeholder Consultations: Engage with beneficiaries, partners, and stakeholders for validation and insights.
• Conference Presentation: Present key findings at the final dissemination conference.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related field.
• Strong experience in Monitoring & Evaluation and impact assessment.
• Excellent analytical skills and proven experience in report writing.
• Experience in TVET and/or disability inclusion is highly desirable.
• Organisations experienced in M&E and Impact Assessment are highly encouraged.
