Acon Travel & Tours is looking for a smart, dynamic, presentable, and highly motivated Female Marketing Officer who is passionate about building a long-term professional career in Nepal's growing tourism and aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with corporate houses, business travellers, organizations, and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain long-term corporate business relationships.
• Research potential markets and identify new business opportunities.
• Promote international air ticketing and corporate travel solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, business presentations, and professional follow-ups.
• Confidently represent Acon Travel at corporate meetings, official programmes, networking events, and promotional activities.
• Develop effective marketing strategies to expand the company's customer base.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.5 or above.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, professional, confident, and presentable personality.
• Good understanding of market research, marketing strategies, and business development.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Strong interest in developing a long-term career in tourism and aviation.
• Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills and confidence are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

Starting Monthly Salary: NPR 25,000
