Sejong Language Institute and Language Center, PVT. LTD, a premier educational hub located in Kirtipur, Naya bazar, is seeking qualified, dynamic, and experienced individuals to join our team as Korean Language Instructors.

Position: Korean Language Instructor (EPS & TOPIK Level I & II)

Job Summary

• Sejong Institute and language center seeks a qualified Korean Language Instructor with strong proficiency in Korean and a passion for teaching
• Responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging classes, assessing student progress, and preparing students for proficiency examinations
• The position is part-time / Full time with flexible hours and offers a collaborative work environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures for EPS-TOPIK (Employment Permit System) and TOPIK Level I & II classes.
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, practice sets, and mock tests aligned with the official blueprints.
• Monitor student progress and provide targeted feedback to boost pass rates.
• Maintain an interactive classroom environment that fosters language acquisition and cultural understanding.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Required Education Level: Undergraduate (Bachelor)
• Proficiency in Korean: Advanced certification (TOPIK Level 4 or higher preferred) or a relevant degree in Korean Language.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience in EPS-TOPIK or TOPIK preparation classes.
• Skills: Excellent communication, classroom management, time management and motivational skills, Ability to prepare lesson plans and instructional materials independently.
• Time: Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings
• Deep understanding of the EPS exam format, question patterns, and manufacturing/agricultural vocabulary.
