Aasaman Nepal (ASN) with the vision of happy and healthy children is currently working in 20 districts of Nepal, irrespective of geographical location. ASN has been engaged in developing and implementing programs aimed at protection, promotion, and fulfillment of child rights in Nepal with various development themes such as; Education/Child Protection, Women Empowerment, Livelihood /Natural Resource Management, Disaster Risk Reduction, Health/Nutrition and Governance.

The Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP) is a project being implemented with the support of Good Neighbors International Nepal (GNI Nepal). It contributes to Quality Education, Child Protection, Sponsorship and Health & WASH. The project aims to improve the learning environment and quality of education, quality health service and WASH facilities at community and schools in Mithilabihari Municipality and Mukhiyapatti Musharniyha RM Dhanusha District, Madhesh Province. The project will improve quality education, improved health services capacity development of child protection actors and improved WASH facilities. 

Under the “Learning Hygiene Corner support to children at home” activity of the Integrated Community Development Project (ICDP), Aasaman Nepal (ASN) invites sealed bids to select successful bidders for supply of Learning Hygiene Corner Materials.

Interested individuals, firms and companies can collect the Bid Document and further information from on submission of their legal documents to email: procurement@aasamannepal.org.np  or from our below mentioned office addresses.

Bid and Place Submission Deadline: 5:00 PM, 20th March 2026, at the office addresses given below.

Mode of Submission: Sealed Envelope

Date and Place of Bid Opening: 01:00 PM, 22nd March 2026 at Aasaman Nepal Head Office, Janakpurdham, Dhanusa

Notes: 

1. Aasaman Nepal will provide bid document without any fee after registration of interest and eligible individuals/firm for the bid. 
2. This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ASN, either financial or otherwise. ASN reserves the right to accept or reject of all response without incurring an obligation.
